Our shop is open on working days, Monday to Friday between 8 to 16h.
We ship normal package sizes (<1700mm and <31kgs) to EU member states with GLS express.
Outside the EU we ship with DHL express parcel service or via the post office in registered mail.
Oversized packages we ship with Englmayer parcel service.
Our webshop can't calculate the shipping costs, because we have lots of different oversized and weight items.
The shipping cost is quoted manually, after placing an order we contact you within 24hours.
All of the webshop listed prices are up to date and they are net prices and do not contain any VAT.
VAT may apply to the order depending on the buyer's country.
We accept returns of non customised goods if shipped back in original condition within 15 days from reception date. Customers must contact us prior to shipping any goods back and get an RMA number for the return shipments.
We do not refund shipping costs, only the purchase price of the goods.
We do not accept returns and do not give refunds for customised goods like custom size cut items.
